We all have questions, even when we don't know that we do.

This page contains some of our most commonly asked questions, and our answers. 

Now, if you are in a specific course, you may find your question already answered there. If not, please feel free to ask it, or use the contact information you'll find in that course.

Where do I find my programs & courses?

Once you log in, you will be taken to "My Library".  If you are logged in, and on a particular page or in a course, if you just look at the top of the page, you will see a link called "My Library." Just click that link, and it will take you to a page with all of the programs and courses you are currently enrolled.


Can I access my programs and courses on a mobile device?

Yes, the entire site is responsive and accessible on mobile devices including smartphones and tablets. There is also a Kajabi (this is the platform we use), that you can use to access your courses as well. Click here to find the app (both iOS and Android).


What is the best browser to use?

This site works best with the Chrome browser; it’s the browser recommended by the software developer. Alternatively, you may use Safari and Firefox as well.  Internet Explorer is not recommended; this browser has caused problems with purchasing courses and logging in.


How do I change my account settings?

Look to the upper right-hand corner of the website. You will see your avatar and an arrow. Just click the arrow next to it.

You will see Settings and Logout. In the Settings tab, you'll be able to update your password and email address, email preferences, payment details, and avatar.


How do I unsubscribe from the program/membership?

You may unsubscribe in several ways.

  • In the settings tab, you may remove your credit card information and cancel your membership.
  • You can cancel through either PayPal or Stipe - depending on the payment processor you use.
  • You can send us an email (npbohelp at gmail.com) and request your membership be canceled.

Additionally,  can also contact us at 816-237-8298.  If you do call, please speak clearly and share with us the email your account is under. We cannot get back to you without that information!
